AGI Partners LLC Welcomes Robert A. Kennedy, III

NEW YORK, February 2010 – AGI Partners LLC (AGI), an alternative investment management firm, today announced that Robert A. Kennedy, III has joined the firm as Partner.

Prior to joining AGI, Mr. Kennedy was an investment professional at FdG Associates LLC, a New York-based private equity firm specializing in recapitalizations of family and entrepreneur-owned businesses.  Mr. Kennedy was also a member of the Global Consumer Products & Retail Group within the Investment Banking Division of UBS AG. He completed advisory work for, and executed on, various financial products and strategic alternatives for a broad spectrum of retail clients across the globe.

Mr. Kennedy holds a B.A. in Economics from Yale University.
